I have held meetings with many local businesses ranging from small family-owned firms to huge multinational companies operating in Southwark. Each of them has been negatively impacted by Brexit.
I wrote to the Secretary of State for Business to highlight some of the issues they were facing and to call on the Government to fix the national lorry driver shortage which is holding up business.
