When questioned in a live broadcast, Boris Johnson said he’d “see what we can do to help” tackle the barriers to support facing hundreds of families in Southwark under cruel Home Office policies. Sadly, his statement has proved meaningless as the Home Secretary has now said those hostile environment policies will not be removed, leaving local families cut off from vital help.
