This was scene from yesterday’s vote in the Commons. I can’t help constituents or scrutinise Government when I’m queuing out of the building and round the block to spend over an hour doing something which took two minutes previously. My disbelief from twitter was picked up in this article.
Ridiculous already. Glad it is not raining. pic.twitter.com/AsCvaOBgD0

No one is two metres apart and the queue is far longer than warned. We’ve also been told not to take pictures inside! Government should be wholly embarrassed pic.twitter.com/pNIitLcxRE

Vote two pending. Queue two doesn’t even begin in courtyard. Welcome to what Johnson and Mogg think is acceptable for a 21st century modern democracy. No more speakers in debates, no greater scrutiny but chaotic voting. Global Britain? Parish councils are better organised. pic.twitter.com/FWyDjJ0qyK
