The DWP spends hundreds of millions of pounds on assessment processes for PIP and ESA that are inaccurate and too often fail disabled people. Thousands of disabled people only get the right support by going through tribunal appeals.

Today I pressed the Government to exempt people with learning disabilities and progressive conditions from wasteful reassessments and to improve the process to make it more accurate. You can see my question to the Minister in the Commons below.
