Today, the Prime Minister called for more action on tackling knife crime after nine years of cutting police officers, PCSOs, the council budget and other services that were previously helping avoid the problem.

This afternoon, I got the Home Secretary to agree to meet with local organisations working to tackle knife crime in Southwark and will now be setting this up.
