The NHS is piloting a drug called PrEP which has been proven to prevent the transmission of HIV but the trial has limited access and is currently closed. This puts health at risk and men have been diagnosed with HIV as a result according to the Terrence Higgins Trust.

The Government claimed it would double spaces on the trial but I asked when this will happen, including at the local Burrell Street clinic, to help people avoid HIV.
